WINNEBAGO COUNTY (NBC 26) — The Winnebago County Health Department has launched a new website with the hopes of connecting as many people with the COVID vaccine as possible throughout Winnebago County.
"So within our site we have links to the Sunnyview Clinic, the UW-Oshkosh Culver Center Clinic, the Fox Cities Clinic and then various others - pharmacies and other locations throughout the state of Wisconsin," explained Courtney Van Auken, Communications Specialist for the Winnebago County Health Department.
People from outside the county are also able to use the website to find an appointment.
"We want to make sure everybody who is eligible is able to get a vaccine, and if it's in Winnebago County, then please come and get your vaccine if you get an appointment," said Auken.
Officials recently added Hmong and Spanish resources to the website. They also have a Frequently Asked Questions section to help answer some of the questions people may have.
