MANITOWOC (NBC 26) -- Free drive-up COVID-19 testing began in Manitowoc on Thursday.
The tests are being given at the Manitowoc County Expo Center. No appointment is needed but you must have a symptom to get tested.
There was no shortage of people wanting to get tested Thursday.
"We're testing today, Thursday and Friday. We have approximately 40-50 cars in line right now and we've been seeing that all morning. Cars started lining up at 10am and we started testing at 11am, and we've been testing about 40 an hour since then."
The testing will also be available Friday from 11 am to 7 pm.
