WAUPACA, WI -- A Clintonville man was arrested for his 7th OWI offense Saturday.
The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested 43-year-old John Hanson just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday on County Highway D and Old State Highway 45 in Waupaca.
