Hillary Clinton is in Tampa Florida for a rally with supporters. There are reports she will publically name a Vice Presidential running mate. Virginia Senator Tim Kaine remains the likely favorite to be selected according to NBC News. Agriculture Sec. Tom Vilsack is also a top contdenter.
