Golfers hit the links with a Packers Hall of Famer Monday to raise money for children going through a tough time.
CASA, along with special guest Johnnie Gray, hosted the "Classic For Kids" golf outing at the Brown County Golf Course.
CASA is a non-profit group that provides a voice for abused and neglected children under the legal protection of the courts.
"We know that a child with a CASA volunteer who is a consistent adult presence in their life is more likely to get help with other services, spend less time in foster care and be moved from home to home, find a safe permanent home and do better in school," said Kristin Jacobs, Executive Director of CASA.
The golf outing was expected to raise nearly $50,000, which will go back to helping children they support.
