A new program at Appleton's First Congregational Church United Church of Christ is connecting families in need with a clean bed.
The church, partnering with Outagamie County, hopes to collect donations of beds, dressers, bed sheets, and twin mattresses, to give to seven families in need.
The church launched the initiative to help battle severe poverty across the Fox Cities.
