A ribbon cutting marked a newly-renovated library at Howe Elementary, 525 S. Madison St.
Last year, the Green Bay Packers gave the Green Bay Area Public School District a $250,000 grant to upgrade libraries at 13 of the district's schools.
The renovation includes new flexible seating and furniture, a LEGO wall, and upgraded technology.
