A lot of action was going on in De Pere on Saturday. The 28th annual Celebrate De Pere kicked off at Voyageur Park.
There's fun for the whole family from inflatable’s, carnival rides, and musical headliners.
“We've got a lot of entertainment going on all day, two stages of entrainment going on all day, including two stages and of course Kellie Pickler headlining tomorrow,” said Jeff Tilkens, VP of Celebrate Committee Inc.
