Wisconsin State Trooper Trevor Casper was honored at the 2016 Police Memorial ceremony in Madison. Casper was killed while on duty in Fond du Lac on March 24th, 2015 during while attempting to stop a bank robbery suspect. It was first day on the road working for the Wisconsin State Patrol.
The names of three other officers were added to the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial in Madison.
