Someone is shooting car windows in Oshkosh. Police received 20 complaints of damage over the weekend. The cars were parked on the city's northeast side near Lincoln, Fulton and Dale Avenues as well as Jefferson Street. Investigators believe the vandals used a pellet or b-b gun.
