A cost issue may put the brakes on a proposed new stadium for the Green Bay Bullfrogs. Big Top Baseball the company behind the project is asking the City of Green Bay to contribute four million dollars towards the sports facility. With interest the city could pay three million more than the projected costs. Some Aldermen are questioning the economics of the proposed development.
