Brown County Emergency Management says its newly installed siren accidentally sounded county-wide Tuesday.
We were having the 911 communications center test a newly installed siren today and it somehow inadvertently triggered the sirens county-wide. They were not meant to be set off. We are working on fixing the issue.

According to the department's Twitter page, the 911 communications center was testing the siren when it went off.
The tweet goes on to say it was not meant to trigger and workers are trying to fix the issue.
