UPDATE: The Howard-Suamico School district says that only Suamico Elementary and Bay Harbor Elementary are impacted by the boil advisory.
The district says they are taking necessary precautions in food service preparation and Suamico and Bay Harbor will have bottled water on hand for students to drink until water fountains are cleared for use.

A boil water advisory is in place for the Village of Suamico.
Brown County Emergency Management says that the village supplied drinking water should not be used without boiling first.
Village of Suamico Police say the advisory doesn't apply to people with well water.
It mainly applies to homes on Velp Ave. between Harbor Lights and Elvira Way.
As of 1 a.m. Thursday the source of the water main break was isolated.
You should bring the water to a boil for one minute, and then let it cool for one minute.
Boiled or bottled water should be used for making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth and food preparation until further notice.
