Police have identified the body found at the Kaukauna Utilities dam in Combined Locks Monday afternoon.
The Fox Valley Metro Police say an autopsy confirms the man is 61-year-old Eugene Schmelzer of Combined Locks. The official autopsy results are pending, however authorities say there are no preliminary indications of foul play.
Schmelzer was reported missing in January when he walked away from his home.

A body has been found in the Fox River
The Fox Valley Metro Police Department responded to the Kaukauna Utilities dam around 12:50pm on Monday.
The Outagamie County Dive Team also responded, and recovered the body.
The dam is located on Prospect St. in Combined Locks.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday with the Fond du Lac County Medical Examiner.
The identity of the victim is not being released at this time.
