A vigil in Sheboygan Falls Monday night is remembering a two-year-old killed earlier this month.
It's also calling for an end to child abuse, and for more people to report it.
The vigil was organized by the biker group Guardians of the Children, in memory of 2-year-old Dexter Kinateder, whose mother is charged with his murder.
Spokespeople say they've now held two vigils in as many weeks for murdered children in Wisconsin.
"If there's ever a situation where somebody thinks there's child abuse, then report it," says HAWG City chapter President Kevin "Judge" Parins, "and... let the officials figure it out. [You'd] rather save a kid's life."
Katlyn Kinateder is charged with suffocating her son.
