A man was charged Monday in Brown County court after allegedly driving his truck into a Bellevue home over the weekend.
Ryan Fengler, 34, of Bellevue faces a felony count of recklessly endangering safety and negligent operation of a vehicle.
Investigators said he crashed into the home on Jen Rae Road Saturday morning, hitting a gas line and causing the homeowners to evacuate.
The people living in the home slept right above the crash location, police said.
Fengler will be back in court July 6.
