The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a beach hazards statement which comes into effect Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

The statement warns of dangerous swimming conditions, high wave action, strong currents and heavy northeast winds that could bring waves up 3-5 feet. People are advised to avoid swimming in Point Beach, Neshotah Beach and Red Arrow Beach.
