It's time for the Battle on Bago. Local fishermen are hitting the ice Friday and Saturday. They're hoping their big catch can help benefit local conservation and children's groups.
It's a two day fishing tournament.
"It seems a lot busier this year. I mean if you look out on the lake, there's people everywhere. Lake Poygan. Lake Winnebago. There was a line up at 4:00 this morning, so we expect a big crowd today and tomorrow," said Glenn Curan, Battle on Bago President.
On top of the competition, Battle on Bago is free for spectators. There will be food, music and raffle prizes.
