Bail was set at half-a-million dollars for the Minnesota man who's charged with the murder of Kor Yang of Manitowoc. Twenty-two year old Quinn Smith of St. Paul, Minnesota is charged with first degree intentional homicide. You'll recall police say Yang was shot when he answered a knock on his door February 5th. Prosecutors say DNA tests link a handgun that was found near the scene to Smith and a second suspect who is still on the run, 25 year old Joe Vang. Police believe both suspects are gang members.
