Steven Avery's former attorney, Jerome Buting is publishing a book next year about the Avery conviction in the murder of Teresa Halbach.
Harper Collins will publish the book. Buting says he wants the book to focus on what he says is a "dysfunctional" criminal justice system that wrongfully convicted Avery in 2005.
