Door County Sheriff's Department now believes alcohol is a factor in a fatal crash on Sunday.
56-year-old David Marsek of Milwaukee was reportedly lying on Hill Road in the town of Liberty Grove when he was hit by a car.
Both the driver and the victim are believed to have been drinking before the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
