The attorney for a 49-year-old Green Bay man police say secretly videotaped young girls at an Oshkosh pool has withdrawn from the case because he's not been paid, so the sentencing hearing scheduled for Monday morning has been rescheduled.
Shannon L. Frantz previously pleaded no contest in Winnebago County Circuit Court to one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13.
Pending Frantz gets a new attorney, he will be sentenced at 3 p.m. March 16.
