At least a dozen people are unable to return to their homes tonight after a fire on Green Bay's west side.
It happened at an apartment complex in the 300 block of S Fisk Street around 2:30 PM.
Several of the units have heavy smoke and fire damage and others have heavy water damage. The fire department estimates the fire caused $150,000 in damage.
Green Bay Metro Fire fighters say everyone was able to get out of the building uninjured. After initial investigation, Battalion Chief Drew Spielman believes the fire started on one of the balconies. An official investigation into the cause is underway by the Fire Marshal's Office.
The American Red Cross is now assisting the people affected.
