Manitowoc police are offering up to a $500 cash reward through the Crime Stoppers program after thieves broke into a locked car and took more than 500 bags of medium sized backs of Frito Lay Brand snacks.
Officers responded to a call at a business located near the city's airport on Thursday and found the vehicle damaged and the snack bags missing. Investigators say Department of Transportation paperwork and an undisclosed amount of change.
Officers are looking for at least two people who were scene committing the crime.
