A 49-year-old man was arrested in Oshkosh Monday after he stole cash from the sales register at Rhapsodies Custard, according to the Oshkosh Police Department.
Police were called to Rhapsodies around 7:25 p.m. Monday after the man had fled.
Police were notified that the man had entered another business a short distance away from the scene of the robbery where he was taken into custody without incident.
No weapon was displayed by the man during the robbery and no one was injured. The man was transported to jail for the robbery and a probation hold.
