Armed robbery investigated at Motel 6 in Oshkosh

UPDATE: Officers have identified 36-year-old Rasheed Giles as a suspect in this armed robbery.

Police say Giles is wanted in connection with this robbery and may be in possession of a firearm.

Officers are investigating an armed robbery at a Motel 6 in Oshkosh. 

Police responded to a call Friday morning just before 5 a.m. on Washburn Street. The victim told officers that a black male came into that location and displayed a handgun. An undisclosed amount of money was taken from the victim.
