Ash Wednesday marks the start of the holy season of Lent.
St. Anne’s Church in De Pere is offering a drive thru and walk up service between 5:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on March 1st.
This service provides people who don’t have time for the regular services to participate in the tradition.
Traditional services will be held in the church with ashes and communion at 7 am and 7 pm.
St. Anne’s is located at 347 Libal Street in De Pere.
The ashes-to-go service is also offered at St. Anne’s sister churches in Appleton and Oshkosh.
