After slashing more than 200 jobs last year, Appvion has finished selling all their assets to Franklin Advisers Inc.
The final sale was for $365 million, as the paper mill recovers from bankruptcy.
The company's Distribution Center and Warehouse, in Appleton, closed last September when they filed for bankruptcy.
