Members of Appleton's "LGBTQ" community gathered tonight at Rascals bar. An overflow crowd including Mayor Tim Hannah, honored the victims of Sunday's mass shooting. They mourned the dead, but also celebrated their lives as members of the "LGBTQ" community. A spokesperson for the group said that they need more than prayers and support, they need policy changes and equality. Rascals Bar and Grill is a gay owned and operated bar that has served the community since 1992.
