The Appleton Police Department has released a composite sketch and photo of a vehicle as it continues to investigate a road rage incident that happened at 11:47 p.m. Wed., Feb. 17. The incident, involving a single shot being fired from one vehicle into the side of another vehicle, reportedly occurred on East Northland Avenue near North Meade Street.
The sketch is based on a description, provided by the victim, of the driver of the suspect vehicle. Police have also released a photo of a dark-colored vehicle believed to be the vehicle involved in the incident. Investigators are seeking public tips on the vehicle, male subject and a female passenger from the vehicle.
