The Appleton Police Department has made progress in determining who may have been involved in an early Sunday morning shooting at a residence in the 1600 block of North Clark Street.

Investigators have interviewed several people directly connected to the incident multiple times. Those interviews yielded information about a suspect and a shooting victim.

The Appleton Police Department is attempting to locate Terence C. Moore, 29, as a suspect in the shooting. Moore has ties both locally and also to the Chicago area. It is believed he left the Appleton area following the shooting. A warrant has been issued for Moore’s arrest.

If anyone sees the suspect, they are asked to contact their local law enforcement agency. Do not approach this person as he is believed to be armed and dangerous.

The Appleton Police Department was contacted on Monday by the Oak Lawn Police Department in Illinois regarding a 30 year-old man seeking medical attention for a gunshot wound to his arm. Appleton investigators have since interviewed the individual. A vehicle, with bullet hole damage, has been impounded for Appleton Police Department investigators.
