Appleton police have released the identity of a man found dead in a backyard in the 1000 block of N. Summit Street. 21 year old Tommy Xiong was homeless at the time of his death according to a news release. An autopsy has been completed. Investigators tell NBC26 it will be five to six weeks before toxicology results are released.
Investigators say there is no immediate concern to the public.
