Appleton police report the arrest of 30 year old man on charges of first degree reckless homicide in connection with a October 31, 2015 drug overdose death.
The victim, 35 year old Jason Canaday was discovered by police in a home on the 1300 block of W. Wisconsin Ave and after nine months of investigations, official charges are pending in Outagamie County Court.
The cause of death was determined to be due to a methadone overdose.
