An Amber Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old Milwaukee girl.
Phoenix Dickens was taken from her home around 2:30 a.m. Monday by two black men with guns.
The little girl was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt and purple/pink checkered pants.
The first suspect is described as a black man, around 5'7" and 150 pounds.
The second suspect is described as a black man, around 6'2" and 160 pounds, cleanly shaven, and wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
