An Allegiant airplane flying from Florida to Appleton made a safe emergency landing in North Dakota after having mechanical issues.
The plane with 107 passengers and six crew members on board landed safely at Fargo's Hector International Airport about 8:30 p.m. Monday. Emergency responders said the plane had a deicing problem.
The plane was en route from Orlando, Fla., to Appleton. Allegiant says passengers were put on a Tuesday morning flight from Fargo to Appleton and given $100 credit for future travel.
