Alcohol a factor in Grand Chute motorcycle crash

GRAND CHUTE, Wis-- A motorcycle driver is injured after a crash.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Richmond Street off-ramp from I-41 northbound.

The motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a car that was also exiting.

The driver, a 28-year-old man from Neenah, received serious but non-life threatening injuries.

He was wearing a helmet and protective clothing.

The people in the car were not injured.

The motorcycle driver was cited for Reckless Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.
