Dodge County deputies say an air boat crashed into a tree on a flooded portion of the Beaver Dam River late Thursday night.
It happened North of the Ranch Road boat launch in the Town of Shields.
Four men were in the 2006 air boat when it struck a tree.
The 23-year-old operator of the boat was ejected and had minor injuries.
Two men, a 24-year-old and 27-year-old, were also ejected and sustained serious, but non life threatening injuries.
Another 24-year-old man was not hurt in the crash.
The men were able to get back into their boat and drive it to the boat launch where first responders were waiting for them.
The Dodge County Sheriff's office believes speed and low visibility were factors in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation.
