Fox Valley Technical College hosted a seminar on what to do if there was an active shooter situation in your workplace. The four hour class touched on the problem of violence in the workplace, signs to look for, and how to respond. Active shooters are highly unpredictable but through training people can have a better chance at surviving. If you're interested in getting trained, another seminar is planned for March 31st.
