Reports say at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Christmas morning, smoke began to fill a home on South Park Avenue in Fond du Lac.
According to residents, their son was trying to sleep on the couch in the living room when he noticed the smoke.
He then woke his parents up and rushed outside of the house for safety.
