UPDATE: Jezquiksy has been located safely, according to Ripon police.

An adult has been reported missing from an assisted living facility on the south end of Ripon.
Thomas Jezquiksy, 71, was last seen at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday. He has walked away from Pleasant Prairie Place assisted living center, 1450 Pleasant St., Ripon.
Jezquiksy has a tall, skinny build, gray hair and a gray beard and is wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and possibly a baseball cap. He has been diagnosed as a dementia patient. Thomas is a recent resident of Berlin.
