Aa federal grand jury returned an indictment Tuesday against Randall J. Frisque, 58 of Green Bay.
Frisque is alleged to have illegally received about $117,500 in Social Security Administration Disability funds. He faces up to 10 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
This case was investigated by the U.S. Social Security Administration and the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services. The case will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.
