A 44-year-old Chilton man has been reported missing and endangered, according to the Chilton Police Department.
Daniel Fleming is Caucasian, 6'2" tall and weighs 175 pounds with brown, balding hair. He has a beard and long fingernails. He is wearing a dark gray zip-up sweatshirt with a "Quality Truck Care Center Inc." logo printed on the right sleeve, gray sweatpants and no shoes.
Fleming was last seen between 5:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. Wednesday at Innovative Services in Chilton. He walked away from the facility on foot in an unknown direction.
He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and was due to have his medication at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
