Four people have been arrested for a string of tire slashings and graffiti cases in Green Bay.

Since May, police said they have investigated 20 reports of slashed tires and nine incidents of graffiti on the east and west sides of the city. Investigators traced the majority of those cases back to four suspects identified as two men and two minors.

"The suspects were picking locations and victims at random, and the victims couldn't prevent it. It just happened at random, and one house, two addresses got hit twice with multiple tire slashings," said Capt. Kevin Warych.

Police are now recommending criminal damage to property charges against the suspects.
