Green Bay Firefighters celebrated their Third Annual Jerry Bader Firefighters Chili Cook-Off Thursday.
For Chad Bronkhorst, President of Green Bay Firefighters, the opportunity is a way of paying back. He says, "we had a member of ours who a few years ago had a child that was diagnosed with cancer, and that's how we became aware...And this is our way of paying back."
All proceeds of the cook-off go to benefit families with children who are battling cancer.
They also collected new toys today to benefit their drive to give gifts to children in need this holiday season.
