FRANKLIN, Wis. (AP) -- Police say employee at a Goodwill store in suburban Milwaukee discovered three hand grenades in a dropped-off donation.
The Franklin Police Department says the store was evacuated as a precaution Saturday. The Milwaukee Police Department's Hazardous Devices Unit was called in.
The team determined all the grenades were inoperable and posed no danger. Goodwill returned to normal operation.
Police says there was nothing suspicious about the incident and it does not appear there was any intent to hurt anyone.
