Sturgeon Bay Police tell NBC26 that the Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation has arrested two men in connection with a missing person case.
17-year-old Louis Amelinckx from Sturgeon Bay went missing last Monday, March 13.
The teen was located in Chicago, Illinois last week.
