Two people are injured after a head on collision in Appleton.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Ballard and Capital.
A 31-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were taken to the hospital.
The man is in serious condition.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
