Charges were filed Tuesday against 17-year-old Austin Hill. According to a criminal complaint, Hill made racial slurs in a note left at Fond du Lac High School.
In one note, according to court records, Hill said, "Going to shoot the school up tomorrow. 6th period."
Hill will be tried as an adult on a felony charge of being party to the crime of making terrorist threats.
