A 14-year-old drowned while swimming with friends on the Fourth of July in Racine County.
Racine authorities said Daryle Neal Jr. was swimming in a river near the Washington Park Golf Course.
He was near a storm sewer drain when he went under the water, authorities said.
Neal was one of two people who drowned on the Fourth of July in Wisconsin. Steven Wade, 23, drowned in Fond du Lac County after an unknown medical event.
His death is still under investigation.
