After reviewing what a Brown County judge considers to be an extensive criminal history, Juan Zuniga's bond was set at $100,000.

Zuniga was in court on Friday, December 9 for a hit-and-run on I-43that killed Michael DeGrave.

The hit-and-run crash occurred in the early morning on Wednesday, December 7, but police say they didn't find DeGrave's car until just before 12:00 p.m.

Green Bay Police arrested Zuniga at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the village of Bellevue.

A new district attorney has been appointed to Zuniga's case due to conflict of interest.

The judge has ordered that if Zuniga is bailed out of jail he will not be allowed to drive.

Zuniga's next court appearance will be on December 23.
